Content policy
Last updated: 7 November 2026
We are glad when you show LotusOrb to others. This policy says what you may do with the game outside it.
Videos and streams
You may record videos of the game, take screenshots and stream it live – on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and other sites – and earn money from that content (for example from the site's ads, subscriptions or viewers' support). You do not need to ask us. We would be glad if you named the game and linked to lotusorb.app.
Other commercial use
Apart from videos and streams, you may not make commercial use of the LotusOrb name, logo or the game's assets without our written permission. For example, you may not sell merchandise, clothing or other products with the game's name, logo or art, and you may not use the LotusOrb name as a keyword or tag for products that have nothing to do with it. Do not suggest that your content is official or endorsed by us either.
The game's assets
Do not copy the game's assets and distribute them separately – the orb and its skins, art, icons, sounds, music, levels or code (for example as downloadable packs, or in other games and apps). They may of course appear in your videos and streams of the game.
Music and other people's content
This policy covers only content made by us. Newgrounds music in players' levels belongs to its authors: if it can be heard in your video, check its licence on the song's page or ask the author for permission – video sites may raise claims against such music. When you show a level made by another player, give their nickname.
Questions and changes
This policy adds to the Terms. We may change it; the current version is always on this page. Questions and requests for permission: LotusOrbApp@gmail.com.
