Deleting your LotusOrb account

You can delete your LotusOrb account at any time, together with all the data we keep on our server.

In the game

1. Open the game and sign in.
2. Go to Profile > My account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Before deleting it you can save a copy of your account's data: Settings > Your data > Account data.

Without the game

Write to LotusOrbApp@gmail.com from the e-mail address the account was created with, giving your nickname. We will delete the account and answer within one month.

What is deleted

Your e-mail address and password, nickname and avatar, saved game and results, published levels, ratings, likes and gems, the reports you sent, your friends and the authors you blocked. The data leaves our server at once; copies in service providers' backups and logs go normally within 30 days. We keep longer only what the law requires (for example records of reports of illegal content).

The data on your device (progress without an account, maps, downloaded songs, settings) is deleted by uninstalling the game.
